The golf course is laid out really well over beautiful Yorkshire countryside. This par 70, 6327 yards parkland course is relatively flat so the majority of players can walk. There are tree lined fairways making accuracy off the tee essential. The well guarded bunkers means approaches are never easy, but the course is suited to all levels of player.

About Rotherham Golf Club

Location

Located just off the A630, north of Rotherham.

Golf course

Opened in 1903 the club is well known for its welcoming and warm atmosphere. The course warm initially designed by Sandy Herd. James Braid modified the course in 1906, increasing it from 9 to 18 holes. The clubhouse has great facilities and there is a fully stocked pro shop.

A very pleasant golf course to play, which will defiantly test golfers of any ability as its tight fairways can be misleading at times.
