The 6,377 yard par 71 course offers a great variety of unique and interesting holes. The well maintained fairways can be narrow in areas, leaving players with a club selection headache. An example of this is the challenging dogleg par 4 on the eleventh. A well hit tee shot is required in order to have a chance of making the green in two, as a ditch lies just short of the green, making it difficult to make par.

Easily accessible from the M11 and M25, located just outside of Harlow.

Golf course

Having been redesigned in 1994, North Weald has successfully built up a reputation of being one of the most popular courses in the county. The club was chosen to host the Youth Shield final, the Essex Matchplay Trophy and was also recently chosen as the venue for the Essex Amateur Championship. The staff ensure that the course is maintained to a high standard and the undulating USGA specification greens mean that the course is playable throughout the year.
