The main championship golf course at Marriot Meon Valley measures 6,520 yards. This fantastic golf club boasts the recognition of being home to one of the best golf courses in the southern counties and it is easy to see why when you play a round of golf here. One particularly memorable hole is the 12th, with its steep slope between the elevated tee and the green which is surrounded by water.

The 9 hole Valley Golf Course is a Par 35 parkland golf course which measures 2,721 yards. It is set around the ruins of a Roman Village and the layout of this fantastic golf course offers variety for both experienced and novice golfers. The Valley Golf Course is one of the best nine hole layouts in the country, featuring protected greens and manicured fairways to offer a top quality round of golf.

If you fancy mixing it up at Marriot Meon Valley then you can play the Stirling Golf Course. This is a fantastic alternative to the Meon Golf Course and consists of playing the back 9 of the Meon Golf Course followed by the 9 hole Valley Golf Course. This is a great test for golfers and often offers good availability when the Meon Golf Course is unavailable.

Location

Meon Valley is found in Southampton in the South of England, with great access for visitors from the M27 at Junction 7.

Golf course

Offering one 9 and one 18-hole golf course, Meon Valley really offers something for all types of golfer. Set in 225 acres of Hampshire woodland this supberb golf course is attached to a luxurious 4* hotel. Therefore they are very receptive to visitors and you can dine and enjoy a well deserved drink in the Zest Bar. There is also a driving range and golf academy onsite.
