Macclesfield Golf Club provides, not only a fabulous course, but also possesses excellent views of the Pennines in the distance, on the edge of which the course is set, as well as the Cheshire Plain. It not an overly long golf course, measuring 5769 yards from the tee on the first to the pin on the last, but the par of 70 provides a good indication of the challenges that lie in store.

Golf course

The golf club was opened over 100 years ago in 1901 and is the second oldest club in Cheshire behind Royal Liverpool golf club. The club offers extensive conference and private function facilities. The clubhouse is warm and welcoming with a friendly atmosphere.

Macclesfield Golf Club may not be the longest golf course, but it still provides to be a very enjoyable round of golf. That's why visitors and golfers alike have been playing this great golfing location for over 100 years.
