Longhirst Old Course (Longhirst Hall Golf Club)

The Old Course at Longhirst Hall opened in 1997 and was created with the classic Florida design in mind. The course is a Par 73 measuring just over 6390 yards; all in all it’s a tough, teasing course with plenty of water features and a number of testing holes which make the course a true test even for the more accomplished golfer. The signature hole is the 17th which consists of a downhill drive between two lakes before aiming for a narrow green with a pond either side. This course really is a must play.

Longhirst Hall Golf Club has a spectacular layout; its scenery has been described as ‘breathtaking’. This Florida style golf course has been given an English touch with some spectacular views across the countryside. There is also a modern clubhouse which is a great place to relax after a round. The staff at Longhirst Hall Golf Club pride themselves on their modern approach to service and will always welcome visitors.

An abundance of lakes, undulating greens and elevated tees makes Longhirst Hall’s golf course an enchanting setting for a day’s golf. A true indication of the golf courses stature is indicated as they have been chosen for a ‘Euro Pro Tour’ Event in June 2010.
