A par 72 parkland golf course with a yardage of 6,205 that has an air of links. The fairways are in excellent condition but the rough is cut to really punish those wayward shots. There are a number of lakes that come into play with your approach shots. The signature 9th hole in the shadow of the Blackpool Tower is a real treat.. A cracking golf course that will truly test your nerve.

De Vere Herons Reach is in the heart of England’s Golf Coast, even though the golf course is set back from the coastline it does have a very distinct links feel to it, however the careful choice of water hazards give the parkland course an extra dimension.

Our view: De Vere Herons Reach

With Blackpool and its world famous tower as its backdrop, Herons Reach provides a haven of golfing tranquillity in the party city. Despite being classed a parkland golf course there is a distinct feel of links with the North West coast line just round the corner.
